We are striving to complete work orders within 30 minutes from the time a WO was submitted on the dashboard. Please click below and fill out the form immediately after the WO was completed. Add comments if needed.
Hazard ID
Please click the button below to enter information to be submitted for a Hazard ID. All employees will need to submit 1 hazard ID per month. Submitting more than 1 Hazard ID will be acceptable and encouraged.
Ring Stacking
As a cost savings project for Eaton, we have committed to stacking rings from clutch. The process will occur across all shifts and when time permits. Please enter the amount of boxes by clicking the button below.
